FM Logistic announces the appointment of Guilhem Vicaire as managing director of FM Logistic in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, effective as of 1 September 2026. In his new role, he will oversee all of FM Logistic’s operations in both markets.

With his extensive operational experience and deep knowledge of logistics, Guilhem Vicaire will support the next phase of growth and efficiency in both countries. In leading the operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, he will work closely with the local management team, which will report directly to him, to support FM Logistic’s growth in the region. His mission will be based on three key pillars:

Expanding FM Logistic’s presence in the Czech Republic and Slovakia by strengthening the Group’s expertise in high-value-added sectors such as luxury goods, cosmetics, retail and e-commerce.

Strengthening operational excellence by deploying best practices drawn from his experience in solution design, automation and supply chain management.

Accelerating the transition toward sustainable logistics by implementing demanding environmental standards.

I believe that, in collaboration with a strong local management team, we will effectively strengthen FM Logistic’s position in the region by providing our customers with innovative and eco-friendly solutions.” says Guilhem Vicaire, managing director for FM Logistic in Czech and Slovak Republic.

Guilhem Vicaire is a graduate of the Business School of Management in Tours, where he majored in finance and of the University of Bourgogne in Dijon, where he majored in accounting. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of contract logistics in Eastern and Central Europe, mainly in operations but also in support functions. His career started at FM Logistic in the Czech Republic as an operational leader for FMCG activities, then in Poland in the field of retail logistics. After a leading role as information systems, processes & studies director in Central Europe he became operations manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He then joined a pharmaceutical group in Romania to lead a project of warehouses full automation. He then returned to FM Logistic, where he headed the support departments and a logistic site in Russia and later he joined the Central Europe management team to manage the operations. In 2022, he took on responsibility for both business solutions and IT. In April 2025, he joined FM Logistic’s corporate headquarter, where he served as the Group continuous improvement director.
